Silver Sword Entertainment – Fantasy Scripts for an Actress

May 1, 2009

We are looking for completed feature-length “magical realism” scripts – i.e. something in the vein of “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” or “Big Fish.” Submissions should be for character-driven material, where there are elements of fantasy and/or spirituality present, but not so much as to overpower the story. Please do not submit anything with ghosts, vampires, or other characters/elements from beyond the grave, as we are not looking for supernatural stories; what we’re looking for are stories with real characters in fantastic situations. And please be advised that this is for an actress in her early 40s, so please only submit if one of your lead characters is specifically for an actor like Julianne Moore or Joan Allen.

WGA and non-WGA writers may submit. Budget will not exceed $5 million.

We are a relatively new production company with partial financing already in place.

To submit to this lead, please go to:
http://www.inktippro.com/leads/

Enter your email address.

Copy/Paste this code: tcqsstxxwy

NOTE: Please only submit your work if it fits what the lead is looking for exactly. If you aren’t sure if your script fits, please ask InkTip first.
