July 4, 2008Marty Katz Productions has a first-look deal with Miramax and Dimension Films. The first movie produced under this deal is REINDEER GAMES, directed by John Frankenheimer, and starring Ben Affleck and Charlize Theron. They are currently in production on IMPOSTOR, directed by Gary Fleder, and starring Gary Sinise and Madeline Stowe.
The company’s most recent films include James Cameron’s TITANIC for Paramount Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox; MR. WRONG starring Ellen DeGeneres and Bill Pullman for Touchstone Pictures; and MAN OF THE HOUSE starring Chevy Chase and Jonathan Taylor Thomas for Walt Disney Pictures.
The company is currently seeking the following types of projects:
* sci-fi of the mind, along the lines of Twilight Zone as opposed to Star Wars.
* horror, but not Scream–it’s already been done. Something smart and new that stretches this genre.
* thrillers, either action thrillers (Reindeer Games) or psychological thrillers (Se7en) but they must have a hip edge to them.
* low budget urban comedies that would be right for the likes of the Wayans Brothers.
* projects with a touch of class (Life is Beautiful, Shakespeare in Love)
* musical (in the vein of Grease) with at least 5 male leads (18-25)
* screenplay adaptation of classic literature–either right on the nose, or a modernization.

It’s about these rogue agents who kidnap a briliant hacker and they convince him to make them a disk with the prime minister of north korea bank information, gambling winning,and such. Then comes this beautiful, attractive women american spy who then steals the disk from the briliant hacker, and she disappears.several years later the then briliant hacker becomes President of the united states of america.With his wife they take office, and have to fight off a few night mares from his past. Ending in an awesome revealing of who they really are and wether they are willing to go great lengths for Love,Truth,and Power. Please ask me to read my book you will definitly love it. (I would have told you the ending but it’s really awesome how it ends, so you will have to read it to find out) I have serveral copies of it at my house so I can send it to you when your ready.

Well I’m fifteen and i wrote my own script.
Don’t let my age as a factor I have straight A’s.. my screenplay is a drama about a Muslim girl post 9-11 terrorist attacks.
There is so much depth in the script, that I wont be sharing due to people who can steal it. I’ll obviously love for a producer to fall in love with;; that won’t be the hard part.
I really need for it to become a film its not like others it really does connect with millions of people around the country.
For years I wanted to work in film or tv…when I was a kid, I wanted to be an actor one week, a director the next, and spent a lot of my adult life dreaming that someone out there would want to read some of my screenplays, books, or treatments that I had poured out…I’ve even made several long bus trips out to Hollywood hoping to be discovered…more often than not, I spent the time getting drunk on $10 beer at the snow white cafe on Hollywood blvd…I’m back home in Florida, living in a small apt and realizing that the real reason I never made it was because life kept getting in the way and at 45, I’ve resigned myself that my work, just isn’t very good…the ideas may be, but I just don’t have the talent…then the other day a friend told me that the real talent I possess…is my life…that maybe someone would be inspired or something…I won’t get into too many specifics, because I am sure your lawyers will just send me some nasty grams…but I will tell you this…I lost my father to Vietnam…I lost my family to a drunk driver…I lost my freedom in a faraway desert where as a POW I was tortured, beaten, and had things done to me that most men have nightmares for years…I lost the use of my legs for almost two years…the Army gave me medals and then hushed me under a rug of shame, when it had become evident that I had lost my mind…I lost my soul in a 15-year run of alcohol induced homelessness…I’ve spent years in prison, forgotten glimmers of several mental wards…I’ve slept in streets, slept with hookers unprotected, stolen food and broken hearts…I’ve been sober coming up on 2 years now, got my ass back in college…and even though I know that I’ll never have a star on the walk of fame…I’ve walked in unwanted shoes fot too long…and I spend my days judging my success not by the things I’ve lost…but by the things I’ve had to give up in order to achieve it…is there a movie there?
